Research-led roundtable: Income inequality

Income Inequality

The widening income inequality gap is one of the most pressing challenges we face, but what does it mean for investors and what can investors do practically to address this?

The PRI is bringing together heads of responsible investment, academics and senior analysts to examine:

  • The context and extent of income inequality
  • How and why it is material to investors, plus links to the Sustainable Development Goals
  • Key issues surrounding how to integrate inequality, including possible metrics, into investment decision-making

The event will be led by Fiona Reynolds, Managing Director, PRI and Priya Mathur, Member of the Board of Administration, CalPERS.

A short discussion briefing will be circulated to all attendees before the event with preparation material and questions to consider in advance. Following this discussion, research will be commissioned to support and guide PRI signatories to take action.

Attendance at this research event is by invitation onlyPlease contact Meegan Marais if you have any queries about this event.
